osf 0.0.9

Requires fountain v1.0.3 (scene numbers and boneyards are typed there); the go directive is now 1.26.4. No change to the OSF conversion. OSF keeps no per-scene number, so a Fountain scene number is not carried into OSF, and a boneyard stays a visible paragraph.
